When I was a very little girl I had a two-headed rag doll (Yes, Tina! I did have a ragdoll!) with a very long skirt. She/they had been a gift from my Godfather. When you turned the doll upright one way, the dress was blue and white gingham and the face was pink. The hair was yellow braided yarn. When you turned her upside down, a different head appeared. The face was brown, the hair was black braided yarn, and the dress was red with white polka-dots. These prototypical "transformer dolls" were Harriet Beecher Stowe's Topsy and Eva.
Welcome to my website! It has grown from the inside out, from upside down, from downside up, and from outside in. It emcompasses a wide range of elements. I never expected it to grow this big. That was nowhere on my agenda. I just wanted to get one document up here, a little information up there, a few materials, a couple of pictures, blah, blah, blah - and so on, and so forth, and scooby-dooby-doo. And just like Topsy, it "just growed!
